Requirements...
-18 years of age or older
-Live within 25 miles of Fairborn
-A committed partner who will train to assist you in the event of an emergency.
-Ability to train in-center for 6 weeks (5 days per week)
-Functioning hemodialysis access (preferably A-V fistula)
-You must own your own home or have written permission from your landlord to perform the necessary renovations (electrical and plumbing)
-Access to utilities necessary for safe and effective dialysis (telephone, water, electric)
